Azure Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform and extensive experience in end-to-end cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual contributor, capable of working independently with minimal supervision and comfortable working in Central Standard Time (CST) hours.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end cloud migration projects, including on-premises to Azure and cloud-to-Azure transitions.

- Architect and implement Azure-based solutions including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Power Automate to streamline deployment and management.

- Work with SQL Server databases in migration, configuration, and performance tuning scenarios.

- Utilize .NET development skills to support application migration or modernization as required.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design cloud architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

- Ensure proper documentation and best practices for cloud architectures and migrations.

- Act as a technical advisor for Azure services and strategy, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

Must Have Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

- Hands-on experience with end-to-end migrations:

- On-Premise to Azure

- Cloud to Azure

Proficiency in :

- SQL

- PowerShell

- Power Automate

- Strong background in .NET Development.

- Certified as a Microsoft Azure Professional (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-303/304, or equivalent).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.

- Willingness and ability to work in CST time zone hours.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Azure-to-Azure migrations, including:

- Blob storage

- Virtual Machines

- Tenant-to-tenant migrations

- Exposure to Azure Administration and SysOps tasks.

- Working knowledge of Active Directory and broader Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools for infrastructure and server management.

- Understanding and experience in Azure hybrid models, including PaaS and IaaS components.

- Experience with Microsoft Intune setup and configurations is a strong plus.

- Must be flexible and available to work in Central Time Zone (CST).

- Remote Work: This is a remote role, but alignment with CST business hours is mandatory.
