Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Azure API Integration Developer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and managing API integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Azure API Management (APIM), Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and messaging services, coupled with strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will be responsible for designing scalable API solutions, integrating cloud services, and automating workflows to support enterprise-level applications and business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).

- Develop serverless integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

- Implement messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hub for event-driven architectures.

- Ensure secure API access using OAuth 2.0, JWT tokens, and Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication.

- Handle data transformation and message mapping involving JSON and XML payloads.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes for integration components.

- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure seamless deployment and environment management.

- Monitor API health, performance, and usage using Azure monitoring tools.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize API performance, and implement best practices for error handling and retries.

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs, workflows, integration patterns, and deployment procedures.

- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide timely updates on progress and risks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services including :

Azure API Management (APIM)
Azure Logic Apps
Azure Functions
Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub

- Strong knowledge of API protocols and standards : REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Azure AD for authentication and authorization.

- Experience building secure, scalable, and reusable API solutions.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform is a plus).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
