We are seeking an experienced Azure API Management Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure APIM, Logic Apps, and Function Apps to support a critical project focused on migrating and modernizing IBM API Connect to Azure API Management. This is a development-focused role and requires solid technical delivery capabilities, not support experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Azure API Management (APIM) solutions for secure and scalable API integrations.

- Build and configure Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation and integration scenarios.

- Develop and deploy Azure Function Apps for serverless and event-driven application requirements.

- Implement APIM best practices including security, throttling, caching, and monitoring.

- Integrate on-premise and cloud systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost for Azure workloads.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex API integration and workflow issues.

- Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure APIM, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.

- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

- Expertise in Python, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.

- Experience with Azure security featuresOAuth, JWT, Managed Identity.

- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and logging frameworks.

- Good understanding of cloud architecture and microservices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mandatory Skills :

- Azure API Management using Function Apps and Logic Apps.

Desired Skills :

- Azure APIM development using Visual Studio Code (C#), Python, REST APIs, JSON.

- Hands-on experience implementing Azure security standards.
