Location : Bangalore.

Role Summary :

We are hiring 3 Software Engineers to join the Burn-in Tool & Support Tools team. In this role, you will build and maintain tooling used to burn-in, validate, and monitor infrastructure, with an emphasis on networking diagnostics (TCP/RDMA) and Linux systems. You will work closely with a US-based Tech Lead and collaborate with a distributed engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain burn-in and support tooling in Python and/or Golang.

- Develop and enhance networking monitoring and diagnostic tooling for TCP/RDMA environments.

- Debug and resolve networking and system-level issues across Linux-based infrastructure.

- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.

- Collaborate with the Tech Lead and teammates on design decisions and sprint planning.

- Support and troubleshoot tooling issues raised by internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proficiency in Python and/or Golang.

Solid networking fundamentals, including :

1. Working knowledge of TCP and RDMA.

2. Ability to debug networking issues independently.

3. Exposure to building or using networking monitoring tools.

- Strong working knowledge of Linux.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-region team.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with hardware burn-in / stress-testing tools.

- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).

- Prior experience in storage, systems, or infrastructure engineering teams.

Experience & Education :

- 5+ years of software/systems engineering experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
