Role Summary :
AI Developer with extensive experience in building intelligent agent systems using LangChain, MCP, and Oracle Generative AI services. The ideal candidate will architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI-powered analytics solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent analytics agents using Oracle Generative AI services.
- Build LangChain-based orchestration pipelines integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data sources.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients for tool integration and context management.
- Develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines for Oracle databases and analytics platforms.
- Create context-aware analytics assistants with role-based access control and data governance.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and architects on solution design and deployment.
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong expertise in Python programming and async frameworks
- Deep experience with LangChain framework (agents, chains, tools, memory)
- Hands-on experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
- Proficiency with Oracle Generative AI APIs and services, if not, must have Proficiency working with OpenAI, Claude GenAI
- Experience working with Oracle databases and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of data security, access control, and compliance mechanisms
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle APEX
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings (ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS)
- Knowledge of LangGraph for complex agent workflows
- Experience with FastAPI, Streamlit, or other Python web frameworks
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
- Exposure to MLOps practices and model monitoring
