Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a professional with a strong background in front-end technologies, specifically in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Front-End Development : Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient coding practices.

- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to implement and deliver features.

- Code Review and Mentorship : Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

- Technical Design : Participate in the design and architectural discussions, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize Applications : Ensure the applications are optimized for speed and scalability.

- Maintain Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and ensure the consistency and quality of the codebase.

- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3-7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

Technical Skills :

- React : Extensive experience with React, including state management and lifecycle methods.

- Redux : Proficiency in Redux for state management.

- JavaScript : Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

- HTML/CSS : Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, including pre-processors like SASS or LESS.

- Version Control : Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team.

- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.
