Role Overview :

As an AWS DevOps Engineer at Sysmind Tech, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our clients' cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and security of their applications. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to implement DevOps best practices, optimize resource utilization, and troubleshoot complex issues. Your work will directly impact the performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of our clients' cloud environments, enabling them to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure based on client requirements.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring consistency and repeatability.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline, enabling rapid and reliable software releases.

- Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks using Grafana and other monitoring tools, proactively addressing issues to maintain optimal performance.

- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes, improving resource utilization and application portability.

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application architecture for cloud environments, ensuring scalability and resilience.

- Implement security best practices and compliance requirements in AWS environments, protecting sensitive data and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and RDS.

- Proven expertise in Linux system administration, including scripting, networking, and security.

- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.

- Practical knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
