AWS Connect Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced AWS Developer with strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services and hands-on experience with Amazon Connect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AWS-based solutions to create seamless, scalable, and reliable services that meet business needs. You will also play a key role in managing Amazon Connect implementations to improve customer experience operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain cloud-based software applications using AWS services, such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.

- Design and deploy Amazon Connect solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Write scalable, high-quality backend code using Python (AWS Lambda functions) and Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS-based solutions with existing applications and systems.

- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to integrate systems and ensure smooth communication between services.

- Perform cloud architecture design and develop solutions that adhere to best practices in terms of scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and services for performance, availability, and cost efficiency.

- Provide ongoing support for Amazon Connect implementations and address any integration issues that arise.

- Contribute to the improvement of system architecture, code quality, and overall cloud strategy.

Skills & Experience Required :

- 5- 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AWS technologies.

- Proven experience in Amazon Connect implementations and customizations.

- Deep understanding of AWS Cloud services : Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, S3, and others.

- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (including AWS Lambda).

- Solid knowledge of Node.js for backend logic development.

- Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Strong knowledge of AWS best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools for cloud environments.

- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills in cloud-based environments.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- AWS Certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate).

- Good understanding of cloud architecture, best practices, and design patterns.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
