Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Tech Lead to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud solutions on AWS.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AWS cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices while providing technical leadership to engineering teams.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for solution architecture, technical decision-making, mentoring developers, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud development teams.

- Define cloud architecture, deployment strategies, and best practices.

- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

- Lead containerization initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.

- Review solution designs, code quality, and architectural decisions.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, security, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers.

- Drive cloud adoption and DevOps best practices across projects.

Required Skills :

1. Must Have :

- Strong expertise in AWS Core Services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).

- Advanced hands-on experience with Terraform.

- Strong experience with Docker.

- Expertise in Kubernetes.

- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

2. Good to Have :

- AWS Solution Architect Certification.

- Experience with EKS, ECS, Fargate.

- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

- Knowledge of cloud security and governance.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Experience :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong AWS cloud expertise.

- Proven experience leading cloud transformation or migration projects.

- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving architectural decisions.

- Strong background in cloud-native application development and DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- AWS Professional Certifications preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
