Role Overview :

Kansoft is looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Migration SME with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end enterprise cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AWS migration projects from assessment to post-migration.

- Perform discovery, dependency mapping, migration planning, and wave execution.

- Execute Rehost/Replatform/Relocate migration strategies.

- Manage synchronization, testing, cutover, rollback, and troubleshooting.

- Work with AWS, VMware, Windows/Linux, networking, IAM, storage, databases, and DR.

- Prepare migration runbooks, cutover plans, and documentation.

- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Important :

- Hands-on AWS migration experience is mandatory. Quest + BitTitan experience is mandatory.

- Candidates with only AWS Administration, AWS DevOps, or AWS Support experience without end-to-end migration experience should NOT apply.
