Aviso - Technical Writer

About the Role :

Role : Technical Writer

Team : Engineering (Core Platform)

Location : Hybrid / Remote (India preferred)

Experience : 4-8 years

What you'll own :

- API reference, architecture docs, versioning & release notes

- Data pipeline and ML model configuration documentation

- Per-tenant variation modules (custom config overlays)

- Implementation runbooks, onboarding guides, and FAQs

- Non-technical product docs for CS, Sales, and executive audiences

You'll be embedded across Core Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Implementation translating complex systems into documentation that works equally well for a backend engineer and a business stakeholder.

You bring :

- 4+ years technical writing in a SaaS company

- Strong API documentation experience (OpenAPI / REST)

- Comfort with complex distributed systems

- Experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences

- Git-based doc workflows

Bonus : multi-tenant platform experience, data engineering or ML familiarity, experience setting up doc practices from scratch.
