AVENTIOR - Senior Backend Engineer - Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend applications using Python.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Django.

- Design and implement scalable backend architectures and microservices.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.

- Work with relational and non-relational databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs into backend applications.

- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in system design, technical architecture discussions, and code reviews.

- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application releases.

- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions, and provide project updates.

- Support technical decision-making and guide developers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in Python backend development.

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Django.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API development, backend architecture, and microservices.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including database design and query optimization.

- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.

- Proficiency in Git and version control practices.

- Strong understanding of backend security, testing, debugging, and code quality standards.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
