We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with minimum 5+ years of experience in building and leading full-stack applications using Python backend, Flutter or React frontend, and Cloud Engineering.

Work Mode : Remote

Office Visit : 2 days per month (Any office location in India)

Role Overview :

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and deliver end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications

- Build robust backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)

- Develop responsive UIs using Flutter or React

- Design and manage cloud-native architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps best practices

- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews

- Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders

Required Skills :

- Proven experience as a Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer

- Strong Python backend development expertise

- Flutter or React frontend development experience

- Hands-on Cloud Engineering experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and databases

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have :

- System design & architecture experience

- SaaS / enterprise application exposure

- Experience leading distributed or remote teams
