Role : Backend Developer | Node.js / Java / Python

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs

- Integrate with databases, caching, and third-party services

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless data flow

- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js / Java / Python

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC

- Database knowledge : SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

- Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
