- Understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum Framework, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); Agile development experience for management of E2E automation solution development lifecycle

- In depth expertise developing and deploying solutions involving several of the following : React, Next.js, Python (Django and/or FastAPI), SQL.

- In depth expertise with Web and Application Development (Front & Backend), REST API Development/Integration as well as Microservice Development/Integration

- Previous experience developing for and deploying to Azure Cloud and relevant Azure services.

- Ability to understand different SDKs through their accompanying documentation and translating that into successfully executed development tasks

- In depth expertise with application and audit logging, Unit Testing, etc., leveraging tools like MSTest, Azure Application Insights and Serilog

Preferred Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar

- Prior AI, GenAI, AgenticAI, ML, NLP, OCR, etc. experience is a major plus

- Previous experience in the Accounting Technology Industry

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant web applications using React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), and SQL databases.

- Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth integration between front-end and back-end components.

- Implement responsive UI/UX and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, Functions, Storage,

Databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement best practices in unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and documentation.

- Use tools such as MSTest, Azure Application Insights, Serilog for performance monitoring, audit logging, and error tracking.
