Role Summary:

Hands-on configuration of the product master to the design set by the Technical Lead. Builds business entity structures, the Business 360 user interface, lookups and validation, roles and workflow, and supports match tuning and load cycles. A build role depth in the platform matters more than breadth of consulting experience.

Technical Responsibilities:

- Entity configuration Configure business entities, fields, field groups, relationships, hierarchies and reference data domains in the Business 360 Console to the agreed model.

- User interface Configure Business 360 record views, layouts, sections, search configuration and the self-service data entry experience.

- Lookups Implement reference data lookups and dependent / cascading value sets so selection is constrained correctly at the point of entry.

- Validation Build field-level and cross-field validation rules, required-field logic and referential checks.

- Security Configure roles, privileges and attribute-level access for the defined user groups.

- Workflow Configure approval workflow, review queues, stewardship tasks and task routing.

- Match support Implement match rule and survivorship configuration under the Technical Lead's design; execute tuning cycles and analyse match results.

- Loads Prepare and run ingress loads and reprocessing jobs; investigate rejects and exceptions and trace them to root cause.

- Testing Support system, integration and UAT cycles; reproduce, diagnose and fix defects through to closure.

- Documentation Maintain configuration documentation as the model changes.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- IDMC / MDM SaaS mandatory Minimum 23 years of extensive, hands-on configuration on Informatica MDM SaaS / Business 360. This is a hard requirement MDM Hub experience alone will not be considered.

- Entity and reference data Working knowledge of business entity models, lookups, reference data and hierarchy configuration.

- UI configuration Experience configuring MDM user interfaces and data entry screens for business users.

- Match concepts Understanding of match, merge and survivorship, and how configuration changes affect golden record outcomes.

- SQL Comfortable querying and investigating data issues independently.

Preferred Technical Skills:

- Informatica MDM certification.

- Workflow configuration Business 360 workflow or ActiveVOS.

- Java or JavaScript for user exits and platform extension points.

- Exposure to CDI for load and publication pipelines.

- Product, PIM or catalogue domain background
