Automation Test Engineer - RPA/UiPath

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in UI Path RPA and QA. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation workflows, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and quality of RPA solutions.

Role : Automation Test Engineer (UI Path) - RPA

Exp : 4-7 Years

Locations : Pune (Baner)

- WFO, 12 M Contract

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and implement automation workflows using UI Path.

- Collaborate with QA teams to build automated test scripts for validating RPA solutions.

- Perform end-to-end testing of RPA bots, ensuring compliance with business requirements.

- Create and maintain test documentation, cases, and scripts.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve defects or process gaps.

- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automated processes.

- Ensure automation follows best practices in security, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience in UI Path RPA & QA automation.

- Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, workflows, selectors, and orchestrator.

- Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and scripting.

- Proficiency in UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Suite.

- Knowledge of SDLC, defect tracking, and agile practices.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with API testing, SQL, and other automation tools.

- Healthcare domain experience is a plus
