Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium Automation and Java to join our Banking project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, developing robust test scripts, and collaborating directly with clients to understand and fulfill their automation requirements. Experience in the Banking domain and CI/CD practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Selenium automation frameworks.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java.

- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand automation requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Ensure the quality and reliability of automation deliverables through best practices.

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects.

- Participate in test planning, execution, and automation strategy discussions.

Required Skills :

- 58 years of experience in Automation Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

- Excellent programming skills in Java.

- Experience in designing and maintaining Selenium Automation Frameworks.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with clients.

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience working in the Banking/Financial Services domain.

- Experience with modern test automation best practices and framework enhancements.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
