Role Overview :

As an Automation Technical Lead based in Hyderabad, you will spearhead the design and implementation of robust automation strategies that drive efficiency across our software delivery lifecycle.

You will act as a bridge between development and quality assurance teams, ensuring that our testing frameworks are not only scalable but also seamlessly integrated into modern CI/CD pipelines.

Your work will directly influence the speed and reliability of software releases, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge through high-quality, bug-free product deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain enterprise-grade automation frameworks from scratch to support complex web and mobile applications.

- Lead the end-to-end software design and development of automated test suites, ensuring high code reusability and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, reducing manual intervention and accelerating time-to-market.

- Mentor junior automation engineers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in test-driven development.

- Analyze existing manual processes to identify opportunities for automation, significantly improving overall testing coverage and system reliability.

- Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks within the automation infrastructure to ensure consistent performance across different environments.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling automation frameworks using Selenium and Java within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to design and implement CI/CD workflows, ensuring seamless integration between automated testing and deployment processes.

- Strong foundation in software design and development principles, with a focus on writing clean, modular, and efficient code.

- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose system failures and provide long-term architectural solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical requirements to stakeholders and lead collaborative team efforts.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and team engagement.

- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in automation engineering and technical leadership roles.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
