Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead to drive an AI-first, lean Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) support model by leveraging intelligent automation, AIOps, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead automation initiatives to optimize SRE and IT operations support.

- Implement AI-driven automation and AIOps solutions for proactive monitoring, incident detection, and resolution.

- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automated workflows and self-service capabilities.

- Develop and maintain knowledge management solutions to improve support efficiency.

- Drive incident management automation, root cause analysis, and operational improvements.

- Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, Cloud, and IT operations teams to enhance service reliability.

- Define automation strategies, best practices, and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in IT operations automation, SRE, or DevOps.

- Hands-on knowledge of scripting and automation tools.

- Understanding of AIOps, AI-driven operations, and intelligent automation.

- Experience with incident management, monitoring, and observability tools.

- Knowledge of knowledge management and self-service solutions.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
