Role :

As a Back-End Staff Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team building the user experiences that enable our customers to harness the full potential of APA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performance-oriented features using modern back-end technologies.

- Build prototypes to explore new scenarios and optimizations of existing solutions.

- Review design, code and approve solution approaches.

- Provide career guidance and mentoring for all team members.

- Working closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineers, SDET and Support organizations.

- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.

Tech Stack :

- Core Java, JEE, JSON, REST APIs (JAX-RS, Spring, Spark Java), Logging (Log4j), JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Hibernate, SQL, GIT, Maven, Gradle.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of professional experience in back-end development.

- Experience in architecting Microservices and scalable cloud applications.

- Strong knowledge of Threading, Socket Programming, and IPC.

- Hands-on in OOP, Design Patterns, TDD, IoC, DI.

Education :

- MCA/B.E./M.TECH - Equivalent or more with relevant experience.
