Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications.

- Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Build robust back-end services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.

- Develop and manage SQL Server or other relational databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and optimization.

- Work with ORM tools like Entity Framework to manage data access efficiently.

- Perform data migration, backup, and performance tuning as needed.

- Manage code repositories using Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers for end-to-end delivery.

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, and experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework.

- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
