About the Role and our Product (Online B2B Platform for Lab Grown Diamonds) :

SPOT trading "B2B" online platform for lab-grown diamonds by Augmont is seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Product to lead the development and evolution of our lab-grown diamond digital platform. You will define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with engineering, design, business, and marketing teams to build a best-in-class B2B online experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about making our online B2B Platform (SPOT trading "B2B" online platform for lab-grown diamonds by Augmont) the best in the world.

Key Responsibilities :

Take complete ownership of the platform from concept to growth. This includes :

1. Idea Generation & Research : Continuously brainstorm, research, and propose innovative ideas to management for platform improvement and growth.

2. Development & Coordination : Oversee end-to-end development in collaboration with the tech team and stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

3. Maintenance & Operations : Ensure the platform runs smoothly, is properly maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly.

4. Customer Engagement & Growth : Drive strategies to attract new users, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistent growth in user base and engagement.

5. Sustainable Scaling : Monitor performance, suggest improvements, and take proactive steps to ensure the platform evolves and grows day by day.

1. Experience : 5+ years in Product Management.
