Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator with hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence Cloud administration.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, implementation, and automation skills, along with scripting expertise in Shell, Python, and Groovy to streamline operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, scalability, and alignment with organizational security and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud platforms in a professional environment.

- Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions across Atlassian tools.

- Automate administrative and operational tasks using Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting.

- Create and manage Jira dashboards, reports, and EazyBI analytics.

- Implement and optimize custom fields, workflows, and reusable templates in Jira.

- Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and cloud-native features.

- Optimize platform costs by identifying and replacing unnecessary plugins.

- Manage and execute migrations (on-premises to cloud, cloud-to-cloud).

- Administer user access, security policies, and permissions in line with governance standards.

- Provide best practices, guidelines, and documentation for Jira and Confluence usage.

- Support geographically dispersed teams and drive knowledge sharing to address skill gaps.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Jira & Confluence Cloud administration.

- Strong expertise in Atlassian administration, analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation.

- Proficiency in Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting for automation.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud-based project management tools.

- Hands-on experience with custom fields, workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports.

- Good understanding of security policies, user management, governance, and cost optimization.

- Experience with migrations (on-premise to cloud & cloud-to-cloud).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
