Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Technology Specialist / Tech Lead to be the go-to expert on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will architect, optimize, and automate SharePoint environments while advising business and IT stakeholders on best practices and adoption strategies.

This is not a people-management role - instead, you'll be recognized as a senior technical authority and solution driver.

Responsibilities :

- Lead design, optimization, and support of SharePoint Online & On-Premises environments

- Build automation workflows with Power Automate and extend functionality with Power Apps

- Define and enforce governance, standards, and security frameworks

- Drive adoption by partnering directly with business & IT stakeholders

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of SharePoint solutions

- Support migrations, integrations, and solution enhancements across M365 ecosystem

Qualifications :

-10+ years of SharePoint expertise (Online & On-Premises) with strong delivery track record

- Mandatory : Extensive hands-on experience with Power Automate (building workflows, automating processes)

- Skilled in SharePoint design, administration, and custom development/integrations

- Experience in governance, security, and best-practice frameworks

- Strong communication and stakeholder advisory skills

Nice to Have :

- PowerApps and Power BI

- Experience with Microsoft Teams and wider M365 suite

- Agile/Scrum delivery background
