Role Overview :

Were looking for a Full Stack Development Lead who is passionate about building modern, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on coding and team leadership someone who can collaborate with global teams, guide best practices, and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions end to end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure web applications.

- Work across the stack using .NET 6+/8, ReactJS, and Azure.

- Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery.

- Integrate front-end and back-end systems through REST APIs and cloud services.

- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

- Mentor and guide team members, promoting best engineering practices.

- Engage directly with U.S. and India-based stakeholders for delivery alignment.

What Youll Bring :

- 8+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack capability.

- Deep expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud.

- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale web applications.

- Solid understanding of application architecture, integration, and API management.

- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deliver clean, maintainable code.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
