Senior SharePoint Developer

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Modern Intranet, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

In this role, you will architect, design, develop, and support solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and business efficiency for our client.

The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Job Functions :

- Architect and design scalable solutions to support business and technology initiatives.

- Define and translate business and technical requirements into high-quality solution designs.

- Develop backend and frontend components to extend and enhance SharePoint Online functionalities.

- Lead technical design and development activities; troubleshoot and optimize system architecture, components, and frameworks.

- Create and present prototypes for conceptual and functional evaluation.

- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for the clients SharePoint environment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Modern + Classic environments).

- Strong experience in building SharePoint Modern Intranet including Modern sites, lists/libraries, Search, and out-of-the-box features.

- Proven experience with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate, PnP, and Metalogix.

- Solid understanding of SharePoint Governance, Administration, and best practices.

- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for building low-code/no-code solutions.

- Knowledge of M365 services and their integration with SharePoint.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
