We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Lead with a specialization in Big Data and Cloud technologies, offering a clear growth trajectory to the role of Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities :

- Actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of intricate systems.

- Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with architects and other leads to align technology strategies with business goals, particularly in the realm of Big Data and Cloud.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of technical leadership in Big Data and Cloud environments.

- Strong proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and programming languages related to Big Data (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and Cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).

- Proficiency with Databricks/Snowflake will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- After successfully serving as a Technical Lead, the individual in this role will have the opportunity to transition into the position of Technical Architect.
