Role Purpose :

The Associate Vice President - DevOps is a senior technology leadership role responsible for defining and driving the organization's DevOps strategy, cloud engineering capability, platform engineering, automation, operational excellence, and DevSecOps transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the organization's DevOps and platform engineering strategy.

- Establish the target DevOps operating model across projects and accounts.

- Drive cloud adoption and cloud modernization initiatives.

- Establish DevSecOps practices across the organization.

- Define the organization's AI-enabled DevOps strategy.

- Provide technical leadership for complex DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives.

- Build and scale the DevOps competency across the organization.

- Act as a senior technical advisor for strategic clients.

- Identify and drive reusable DevOps accelerators and frameworks.

- Promote reliability, resilience, scalability, and production excellence.

Technical Competencies :

- Enterprise DevOps strategy and architecture, Cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Platform engineering, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, SRE, Observability, Cloud security, FinOps, AIOps.

Leadership Competencies :

- Strategic technology leadership, organizational transformation, executive-level communication, talent development, and change management.

Experience & Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.

- 15 - 20+ years of technology experience, with substantial DevOps/cloud leadership experience.

- Significant experience leading DevOps transformation across multiple projects/accounts.
