About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Technical Lead with strong expertise in C# development and end-to-end software engineering. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based company background and be capable of driving technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, design, and implement new product features.

- Develop automated unit and integration tests.

- Maintain and enhance development tools and frameworks.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and fix bugs across modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Support non-developer team members and field engineers in issue resolution.

- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements.

- Lead by example, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a software engineering role.

- Minimum 5 years of strong C# development experience.

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git preferred).

- Strong understanding of UML models with ability to create them.

- Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, installation, and support.

- Current or prior experience in a product-based company.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Exposure to image processing, automation, or robotics.

- Experience in designing scalable and performant applications.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently in a small, agile team.

- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
