Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day system maintenance, ensuring our Salesforce environment remains optimized, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales operations and customer success, to translate business requirements into functional solutions. By managing data integrity, troubleshooting user issues, and supporting system enhancements, you will directly influence the efficiency of our internal workflows and ensure our stakeholders derive maximum value from our CRM investment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user provisioning, security settings, and profile management to ensure seamless access and data protection.

- Execute data management activities such as imports, exports, and deduplication to maintain high data quality across the platform.

- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to minimize downtime and resolve functional bottlenecks.

- Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to support changing business processes and improve team productivity.

- Assist in the deployment and management of AppExchange solutions to extend platform capabilities and meet specific departmental requirements.

- Monitor system performance and contribute to the maintenance of existing Apex code and Visualforce pages to ensure stability and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce administration, including a deep understanding of security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.

- Proven ability to manage complex data sets and perform bulk updates while maintaining strict data integrity standards.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical configurations and business requirements effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Noida, balancing multiple support tickets and project tasks simultaneously.

- A solid foundation in CRM best practices, with a proactive approach to learning new Salesforce features and industry trends.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a strong desire to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
