Key Responsibilities :

- Manage product roadmaps for supply chain execution systems.

- Plan and prioritize product sprints in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.

- Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and gather actionable insights.

- Define and monitor product KPIs, ensuring features meet vision, QA, and customer expectations.

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, QA, engineering, and customers.

- Support sales and marketing with product content, demos, and RFPs.

Essential Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

- 6+ years in product management; international exposure is a plus.

- 4+ years in warehouse operations/WMS/Inventory Management Systems.

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation mindset.

- Ability to perform in fast-paced, time-critical environments.

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, wireframes, presentations).

- Experience presenting to executives and large groups.

- Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player.
