Job Role : Associate Architect (.NET / React / AWS)

Experience : 9 to 12 Years

Location : Pune

Role Overview :

Responsible for designing and architecting small to mid-sized solutions, owning technical delivery, and guiding development teams. Work closely with senior architects to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET, React, and AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design architecture and technical frameworks for small/mid-scale projects.

- Create detailed design documents, review code, and ensure adoption of best practices.

- Lead PoC development, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.

- Guide teams on design decisions, technical risks, and implementation challenges.

- Support requirement analysis, estimation, and proposal creation.

- Conduct technical reviews, audits, and ensure architecture compliance.

- Contribute to reusable components, design patterns, reference architectures, and KM assets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core
- React.js / Frontend architecture knowledge

- AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Serverless)

- Design & Architecture (patterns, principles, frameworks)
- API Design / Microservices / Cloud-native architecture

- Performance tuning, scalability, and security considerations

Good to Have :

- CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools
- SQL/NoSQL database design & optimization

- Docker / Kubernetes
- Agile methodology exposure

- Experience working with legacy + modern systems
