As the Head of Data Analyst, you will lead our data analytics team in harnessing the power of data to drive strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will oversee the development and implementation of data analytics strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive innovation and maximize the value of data across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead complex projects from inception to completion, demonstrating expertise in Business and functional areas

- Act as a subject matter expert, advising cross-functional teams and stakeholders on best practices and innovative solutions

- Owning Business Success Metrics for all clients and working on continuous improvement through in-depth analysis of the customer data sets for the client.

- Mentoring the team of DAs, so that they can independently work on achieving target Success Metrices for their respective client

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows

- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic objectives aligned with organizational goals

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry

- Deliver high-quality work within established timelines, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance collaboration and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

- Stay abreast of industry advancements and participate in professional development activities to maintain expertise.

Skills Required :

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in CS/IT

- Proven working experience of 8-12 Years of Data and Business Analysis

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

- Excellent with Number Crunching, worked on large datasets

- Excellent knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
