Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic leader to manage and optimize our enterprise infrastructure environment covering VMware, Windows, Unix, OpenShift, Storage, and Backup, with strong experience in Private Cloud management and exposure to Public Cloud platforms. This role requires technical depth, leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence. The person should be able to manage a team of 25-30 members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage infrastructure across VMware, Windows, Unix, OpenShift, Storage, Backup, and Private Cloud environments.

- Provide hands-on leadership, guiding the team with deep technical expertise and effective problem-solving.

- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems.

- Drive automation, process improvements, and adoption of best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business and technology initiatives.

- Mentor and grow a high-performing technical team.

Qualifications :

- 13-16+ years of infrastructure experience with expertise in Private Cloud and strong knowledge across VMware/Unix/Windows/OpenShift/Storage/Backup.

- Exposure to Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Proven experience leading diverse infrastructure teams.

- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident management capabilities.
