Are you a seasoned IT infrastructure professional with a track record of managing mission-critical Data Center operations?

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on AVP Data Center Manager to lead our technology infrastructure in Delhi.

Our organization is a SEBI-recognized financial institution dedicated to fostering a transparent and technology-driven marketplace.

The Role :

In this high-impact position, you will manage end-to-end DC operations, ensuring the high availability and reliability of our infrastructure.

You will oversee everything from server and networking maintenance to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operations : Manage end-to-end DC operations, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Infrastructure : Oversee installation and maintenance of servers, storage, networking, and power systems.

- Resilience : Implement and manage data backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) measures.

- Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to SEBI and Exchange regulatory and security standards.

- Collaboration : Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Network, and Application Support teams for seamless operations.

You should have :

- 10+ years in DC Operations or IT Infrastructure, preferably within the BFSI/Exchange sector

- Education : Graduate or Post-graduate in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

- Tech Stack : Strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, networking, and high-availability systems
