Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - System Integrations to lead end-to-end integration initiatives across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and third-party systems. The role requires strong expertise in APIs, middleware, cloud technologies, databases, and enterprise integrations to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead system integration projects across multiple platforms and applications.

- Design scalable integration architecture and frameworks.

- Develop and manage APIs, middleware, and data integration solutions.

- Coordinate with Business, Infra, Security, Development, and external vendors.

- Manage integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance, security, and technical documentation standards.

- Support deployment, transition, and ongoing maintenance of integrated systems.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or C#

- Expertise in REST, SOAP, GraphQL, APIs, JSON, XML, XSD

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Webhooks

- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

- Strong database knowledge: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL

- Experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI

- Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, OAuth, SAML, encryption

- Strong troubleshooting, system design, and performance optimization skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech/Computer Science or equivalent degree

- 10+ years of system integration experience

- Experience in BFSI / Financial Services domain

- Exposure to Microsoft technologies and enterprise systems

- Cloud or Integration certifications preferred
