ROLE : Assistant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Research and develop statistical learning models for data analysis

- Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends

- Identify, Analyze, and Interpret data trends or patterns using statistical techniques relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets

- Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize on providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities

- Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis

- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices related to data management, risk and compliance

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :

- 6+ years practical experience with ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics

- Extensive background in data mining and Data analysis

Qualification :

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Primary skills :

- Develop and deploy interactive dashboards in Power BI using DAX and advanced data modeling techniques to provide actionable business insights.

- Manage and integrate data from diverse sources, including Azure Data Lake (ADL), SQL databases, Oracle databases, and Alteryx workflows, ensuring efficient data import and processing.

- Data transformation processes using Power Query and Design comprehensive data models that enhance reporting capabilities and support dynamic and scalable visualization solutions.

- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI to safeguard data access and maintain confidentiality, ensuring that users view only data pertinent to their roles.

- Write and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation, enhancing overall database performance and reporting accuracy. Utilize PL/SQL for complex data retrieval tasks in Oracle SQL and experience to use Azure Data Factory.

- Experience on Developing Paginated Reports in Power BI and having exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

- Analytical / Decision Making, Critical / Innovative Thinking, Problem-solving and be very detail oriented

- Automate Data preparation and analysis using Alteryx workflows and connect Alteryx with various systems.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Develop, implement and optimize SQL queries to support with Ad hoc data requests and process investigations

- Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements, suggest new queries

- Python, R code and Alteryx.

- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Must be able to work with minimal direction and be very flexible to coordinate complex activities that are often subject to rapid or extensive changes
