We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Technical Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in LAMP stack technologies, Python frameworks, and modern JavaScript frameworks. This role demands leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.

- Architect and implement robust backend services using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Collaborate with frontend developers using JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) to build seamless user experiences.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Optimize application performance through effective use of caching, database indexing, and other performance tuning techniques.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Utilize ORM tools for efficient database interaction and management.

- Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Drive adoption of design patterns, coding standards, and software development best practices across the team.

- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and status meetings.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues swiftly.

- Document technical specifications, architecture, and deployment processes.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve product quality and team productivity.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong Technical candidate with in-depth experience in LAMP Stack & at least any one of JavaScript Frameworks (Angular / React /- VueJs)

- Hands on working experience in Python, (Django / Flask)

- Knowledge in PHP (Symfony / Laravel)- is an added advantage.

- Knowledge in Cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required

- Strong knowledge and working experience in using ORM, REST API, Caching, performance optimization is required-

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills-

- Highly organized and self-motivated-

- Strong knowledge of RDBMS & OOPS is required.

- Good knowledge in standards, design patterns are required Any

- Any certifications or technical writing done on the related technologies is a value add
