Aspire Systems - MEAN Stack Technical Lead

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement backend services with strong focus on API development (REST and GraphQL).

- Design and implement message queues and caching mechanisms to optimize application performance and reliability.

- Ensure effective use of ORM tools to streamline database interactions.

- Manage deployment and scaling of applications on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

- Drive adoption of software design patterns, coding standards, and best practices within the team.

- Conduct regular code reviews, enforce quality standards, and ensure documentation is maintained.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge and working experience in using ORM, REST/GraphQL API, Message Queues, Caching, and performance optimization are required

- Strong technical expertise on using Cloud Services in AWS / GCP.

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

- Should have experience in handling a team

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Strong knowledge in RDBMS & OOPS are required.

- Good knowledge in standards, design patterns are required

- Any certifications or technical writing done on the related technologies is a value add
