Aspire Systems - Associate Technical Architect

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of complex systems using MEAN stack, LAMP stack, or backend frameworks such as Node.js (Express, Loopback, Hapi.js), PHP (Magento, Symfony, Laravel), or Python (Django, Flask).

- Architect technology-agnostic solutions that can be adapted across different platforms and

technology stacks.

- Guide development teams on best practices around ORM usage, RESTful API design, caching

strategies, and performance optimization.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with project requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and technical standards.

- Ensure adherence to software design patterns, architectural standards, and coding best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor developers to improve code quality and architectural decisions.

- Conduct technical feasibility analysis and risk assessments for proposed solutions.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to drive technical excellence.

- Prepare technical documentation, architectural blueprints, and design guidelines.

- Engage in technical discussions and present architectural solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification :

- Hands on working experience in (NodeJS, Express / Loopback / Hapi JS) or (PHP, Magento / Symfony / Laravel) or Python, (Django / Flask)

- Strong knowledge and working experience in using ORM, REST API, Caching, performance optimization is required

- Should be able to design technology agnostic solutions

- Should have extensive technical exposure in designing more complex systems

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Strong knowledge of RDBMS & OOPS is required.

- Good knowledge in standards, design patterns are required

- Any certifications or technical writing done on the related technologies is a value add
