We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend solutions for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) domain. This is a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and global engineering teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test robust backend applications and microservices.

- Build technical solutions optimized for quality, scalability, and performance.

- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders on roadmaps and quarterly planning.

- Participate in code reviews and design reviews to ensure best practices and minimize rework.

- Ensure stable production operations with a strong focus on uptime, reliability, and performance.

- Work effectively as part of a global engineering team, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

- At least 9 to 12 years of backend development experience.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-based deployments and containerized environments.

- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.

- Cloud Deployment: AWS or other cloud-native platforms.

- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.
