We are seeking an experienced Aruba SilverPeak SD-WAN Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in enterprise networking and SD-WAN technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing Aruba SilverPeak (EdgeConnect) SD-WAN solutions across global environments.

This role requires strong expertise in WAN technologies, routing protocols, network security, cloud networking, and Aruba Central administration.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance network connectivity while providing technical leadership and client-facing support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage Aruba SilverPeak (EdgeConnect) SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments.

- Configure and administer Aruba Central for SD-WAN orchestration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Perform WAN migrations, link turn-up activities, network cutovers, and router decommissioning projects.

- Monitor network performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity and performance issues.

- Implement and optimize WAN routing, path conditioning, and application-aware traffic management policies.

- Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of SD-WAN solutions.

- Support network transformation and modernization initiatives involving cloud and hybrid connectivity.

- Maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.

- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.

- Provide technical guidance during customer meetings, architecture discussions, and project reviews.

- Ensure adherence to network security, governance, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1015 years of experience in Network Engineering, SD-WAN, or Enterprise Infrastructure environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with Aruba SilverPeak / EdgeConnect SD-WAN solutions.

- Expertise in Aruba Central administration and SD-WAN orchestration.

- Strong understanding of WAN technologies, routing, and network design principles.

- Hands-on experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and related networking technologies.

- Strong knowledge of network security concepts including IPSec, VPNs, firewalls, and secure WAN connectivity.

- Experience with WAN optimization, cloud networking, and hybrid network architectures.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and SD-WAN performance issues.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.

- Experience working in client-facing environments and interacting with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Aruba Certified SD-WAN Professional or related Aruba certifications.

- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, or equivalent.

- Experience supporting large-scale global network deployments and transformation programs.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise network operations.
