About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Aruba Network Engineer to support the DCLCM project by designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and managing Aruba-based enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise with Aruba networking technologies, Aruba Central, and Aruba CX switches, along with a solid understanding of Cisco networking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support network operations and lifecycle management activities for the DCLCM project.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba CX switches and Aruba network infrastructure.

- Work with Aruba Central to deploy, monitor, and manage network devices.

- Create and update templates, configure variables, and push device configurations and firmware upgrades through Aruba Central.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aruba switching technologies and enterprise network protocols.

- Configure and support advanced Aruba networking features including :

1. MCLAG

2. VSF

3. VSX

4. VXLAN

5. BGP

6. OSPF

7. RPVST

8. VRF

9. UBT

- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass for network access control and policy management.

- Support Aruba Gateways and related networking solutions.

- Work with Cisco Catalyst switches for configuration, troubleshooting, and migration activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network stability, security, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Aruba CX switches and Aruba OS.

- Strong knowledge of Aruba switch CLI commands and troubleshooting.

- Experience with Aruba Central, including :

1. Template creation and management

2. Variable configuration

3. Firmware deployment

4. Configuration push

- Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and routing/switching protocols.

- Experience with :

1. MCLAG

2. VSF

3. VSX

4. VXLAN

5. BGP

6. OSPF

7. RPVST

8. VRF

9. UBT

- Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass.

- Knowledge of Aruba Gateways.

- Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco CLI.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Aruba Certifications (ACSA, ACSP, ACP, or equivalent) are highly preferred.

- Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are an added advantage.

Good to Have :

- Experience working in enterprise network environments.

- Exposure to network automation and lifecycle management projects.

- Understanding of network security best practices.
