What Youll Do :

- Own prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and pipeline optimization

- Apply ML algorithms, clustering, and classification techniques to solve real-world tech productivity problems

- Collaborate closely with our founders, product teams, and developers to integrate AI into core product workflows

- Stay updated with the latest research and innovations in GenAI and ML

What Were Looking For :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python and NLP

- 1+ years of experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, GPTs, etc.) and prompt engineering

- Strong foundation in ML algorithms, predictive modeling, and data structures

- Degree in a quantitative field Computer Science, Statistics, or similar (or equivalent practical experience)

- Bonus: Experience with LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS), or RAG pipelines
