- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms for diverse business applications.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and continuously improve model accuracy and performance.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

- Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements, tools, and best practices in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

- Optimize model training, inference pipelines, and deployment processes for scalability and efficiency.

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; maintain code repositories and development documentation.

- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution design sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning development.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Extensive experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.

- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Experience working with large datasets and building scalable AI solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Exposure to MLOps tools, model deployment pipelines, and production AI systems.

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
