- Develop and refine NLP applications to enable the creation of structured digital processes using plain text descriptions, enhancing the ease and efficiency of system interactions.

- Utilize AI technologies to innovate and improve business processes, including but not limited to data analysis, process efficiency, and predictive modeling.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and execute opportunities for new features and AI-driven product enhancements.

- Lead the development lifecycle of AI modules, from concept through deployment, ensuring high quality and performance standards.

- Manage and fine-tune both proprietary and open-source machine learning.

Requirements :

- Hands-on experience in NLP and generative AI models, with a solid foundation in Python and exposure to model fine-tuning and training.

- Experience in deploying AI models into production environments and scaling them to handle large volumes of data or requests.

- Knowledge of ethical AI use, data privacy laws, and model transparency.

- Understanding the implications of AI and ensuring responsible usage

- 2 to 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Strong system design and architecture skills, with demonstrated capability in scalable systems.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Exposure to major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with APIs like OpenAI.

- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, comfortable working across time zones and with diverse teams.

- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in AI and related technologies.

- Experience with AWS Bedrock and Sagemaker is a plus.
