Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI + Backend Engineer to develop and optimize the backend infrastructure of our AI-powered sales automation platform. As part of the engineering team, you will design, build, and scale the systems that enable the seamless integration of advanced AI/ML models. You will be involved in everything from cloud infrastructure to API development, working with large datasets to create an innovative product that automates key sales processes through predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Architecture & System Design: Develop and optimize highly scalable backend systems, utilizing modern frameworks (Django, Flask, Node.js) for handling massive data pipelines and ensuring seamless AI/ML model integration.

- AI Model Deployment & Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate and optimize machine learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for real-time decision-making. Implement scalable, low-latency model inference mechanisms.

- API Development: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that interface between AI models, frontend applications, and external systems. Ensure high API performance and seamless communication between microservices.

- Data Engineering & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using tools like Apache Kafka, Airflow, or Spark to process, clean, and transform large volumes of unstructured and structured data.

- Performance Tuning: Ensure high system performance, focusing on reducing response time and latency. Optimize AI model deployment for speed and scalability, ensuring that solutions meet real-time performance standards.

- Security & Compliance: Implement best security practices for API, data storage, and model deployment, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, monitor, and maintain backend systems in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Use containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to manage scalable infrastructure.

- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend teams to ensure smooth data transmission and real-time interaction between AI models and user interfaces. Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.

Qualifications :

- Experience: 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 3 years focusing on AI/ML model deployment and optimization.

- Programming Languages: Expertise in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or Java, with a strong focus on backend and API development.

- AI/ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and similar frameworks for AI model deployment.

- Data Processing Tools: Strong knowledge of big data tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Cloud & Containerization: Extensive experience in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance with data protection regulations.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
