You'll rapidly prototype, ship, and scale GenAI applications into production-grade features that define the next wave of our AI-first products. This is a hands-on builder role blending fast experimentation with real-world engineering. You'll turn raw ideas into working systems that impact thousands of B2B users.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following :
Prototype Fast. Ship Faster :
- Spin up GenAI MVPs in days using low-code tools and managed APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI).
- Convert prototypes into scalable microservices (FastAPI, Docker).
Build Smart Systems :
- Integrate LLMs, CV, and structured data workflows via clean, maintainable APIs.
- Keep inference efficient, reliable, and cost-aware.
Measure, Learn, Iterate :
- Set up lightweight monitoring (logs, dashboards) for latency and usage.
- Experiment with new frameworks, optimize prompts, and share learnings.
Collaborate and Elevate :
- Work closely with product, design, and business to translate AI ideas into outcomes.
- Mentor peers, influence technical decisions, and push for pragmatic innovation.
Key Projects You'll Lead :
- AI Sales Copilot : Conversational assistant for sales reps' insights, quotes, and orders.
- Smart CRM : AI-driven lead scoring, deal prediction, and next-step suggestions.
- Lifestyle Photography Engine : Automated visual generation and enhancement workflows.
- Email AI Plugins : Contextual write/reply assistants for Outlook and Gmail.
- AI Integration Studio : Low-code UI to connect ERPs, e-commerce, and internal systems.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience shipping GenAI products or features in production.
- Hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, or diffusion engines.
- Strong Python + FastAPI skills; experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Comfort with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Lovable, Bolt, Bubble).
- Knowledge of Computer Vision and NLP (embeddings, chatbots, detection, segmentation).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience setting up basic observability (logs, latency dashboards).
- A builder's mindset is biased for action, fast iteration, and creative problem-solving.
Nice-to-Haves :
- B2B SaaS, CRM, or SalesTech background.
- Experience in vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS) or RAG pipelines.
- Exposure to frontend prototyping (React/TypeScript).
- Experience with payments, pricing, or catalog data.
