Position Title : AI Developer

Job Summary :

We're seeking an AI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Gen AI and LLM-based solutions within our Accounts Payable and invoice automation platforms. This role blends strategic influence with technical depth across AI model design, infrastructure, and enterprise delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Lead development and integration of LLM-based and multi-agent Gen AI architectures.

- Identify and translate high-impact business problems into AI/ML solutions.

- Self-Correcting AI Architecture

- Build scalable AI pipelines using Kubernetes, Argo, Docker.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise compliance and governance for AI.

- ERP & Schema Intelligence Layer

- Mentor junior AI engineers and build AI capability across teams.

- Demonstrate value and ROI of Gen AI applications through metrics.

- Production-Grade AI Deployment.

- Stay current with Gen AI trends and collaborate with academic partners.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

- 3 - 5 Years of experience with 1+ years in ML engineering & 2+ in LLM-based solution delivery.

- Expertise in Gen AI tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, LangChain, Transformers.

- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS).

- Strong infra background with Docker, Argo, Kubernetes.

- Strong Knowledge of Pandas, SQL, ETL Pipelines.

- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
